We do accept mail/package delivery

We DO accept mail/package from FedEx, UPS, DHL and Amazon. We do NOT get USPS.

Does the park offer cable and WiFI.

Deposit

We will be taking a deposit, of one night stay.

Cancellation/Modification Policy

RV &Tent Sites:

Deposits (one night’s stay) will be forfeited for reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival date.

If you need to cancel, move or modify your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed above to receive your deposit refund, minus a $35 cancellation/modification fee. Not calling to cancel/no show will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

For all stays, no refunds are given on or after arrival.

Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your Camp Manager for details.

Items which Prohibited in RV site include, but not limited

Cloths lines are not permitted strung between RV sites, Trees, etc. Item which are prohibited in RV site include, but not limited to, boats, trash, or firewood, etc. harbor village RV park management at it sole discretion will determine if a violation exists.

Size limitations for larger RV:

A 30’ and under RV will fit in all our sites, RVS 31’ to 40’ are limited to specific sites. Look at the site limitations when booking.

May I pick my site?

Yes, you can book your specific site online.

Pets, we love them!

However, No more than three per site. Every pet is required to wear a leash at all times and must remain on dog walks and pet-friendly zones. If a pet is deemed aggressive, dangerous, or loud, you and your pet will be requested to leave the premises. Any aggression will NOT be tolerated regardless of the breed!

Do you have Restrooms and Showers?

Yes, we have a Restroom for Women and Men. Both offer 3 shower stalls each. We also have a laundry room with a washer/dryer for your convenience.

  • Check in time is 12:00pm to 6pm/7pm/8pm (depending on the season) So check homepage for RV Park hours. NO RV entry after hours.
  • Items which are not prohibited in RV sites include, trees, etc. Items which Prohibited in RV site include, but not limited to, boats, trash or firewood, etc. Harbor Village RV Park management at its sole discretion will determine if a violation exists.
  • Check out time is 11:00am.
  • Absolutely no parking is allowed in empty sites. Vehicles may be towed and always at owner’s expense.
  • All RVs entering the RV Park must stop and register with camp host prior to parking.
  • RV washing, rinsing, extensive mechanical maintenance, and fluid changes is strictly prohibited. Guests using outside vendors must get approval from Harbor Village RV Park Management before any work can be performed on their RV within the RV Park.
  • NO firewood. Propane and charcoal are allowed.
  • You are responsible for the conduct of your visitors. Please ensure they are familiar with all our Rules and Regulations before entering the RV Park.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. The noise level must be kept down to a minimum during these hours. No running of Generators at any time.
  • Pets may not be left alone unattended outdoors at any time. If a pet is deemed dangerous or loud, you and your pet will be requested to leave the premises.
  • The Park Speed limit is 5 MPH and will be strictly enforced.
  • Droppings and waste from pets must be picked up immediately by pet owners and are asked to use the dog yard and refrain from using RV park common areas as a dog potty yard, grass, garden etc.
  • All guests must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older. Minors may not be left unattended in the RV Park. Parents are responsible for the safety
    and behavior of their children at all times.
  • Harbor village RV Park assumes no responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, personal possessions, vehicles, property, or injury to any occupant or guest of the RV Park.
  • RVs must bear current registration. RVs must be in compliance with CA State Standards.
  • Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
  • RVs with damage to the exterior unit, including, but not limited to, broken windows, dents, rust, exposed wiring, missing panels, repairs using tape, tarps or other unsightly appearance is
    not suited for this RV Park and will be denied entrance into this Park. One RV is allowed on each RV site. (To be considered an RV, your unit must be fully self-contained for bath/shower facilities and must be equipped for sleeping.)
  • Regarding motorcycles, there will be no starting or riding in the RV Park during “quiet time”. They must be pushed to the parking lot/public area, and then started to be rode off of the premises.
  • Tent sites, max of two tents and or canopies, EZ UP per site.
  • Absolutely no subleasing is allowed.
  • Sewer connection must be equipped with proper fittings at both ends. All wastewater (including gray water from showers and sinks) must be retained in holding tanks or fed into sewer lines.
    The spilling, dumping or other discharge onto the ground of any water or waste, including, but not limited to, human or animal, is prohibited.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Site cleanliness is required for as aesthetic, sanitary and safety purposes.
  • No EV charging in RV park sites. EV charging station available at entrance of RV park.
  • Trash must be bagged and placed in the Trash and Recycling in the Blue Recycle Receptacles located in the rear of the park in under covered area.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Owners and/or Management reserve the right to evict anyone from the premises for disruptive conduct and/or for violating any of the Rules and Regulations (R&Rs).
